First off, welcome to this site. We have tried our best to work out any and all bugs before launch. However, unlike some of our players..we are not perfect. Below, is a short FAQ, please read over it as it might save you a little time.
What is this?
Well, CyberSolutions Agency and our description can be found here - http://www.csa.gg. However, to explain briefly CSA is a mangement agency for professional gamers, eSports hosts, etc. We help to manage some of the many players you all love like Polt, Dimaga, Violet and more. This website is their store to you guys. Every once in a while, we will update it with new products you can purchase that will be a direct way you can help those players continue on their professional gaming career. Many of our players are not directly associated with teams, they live off sponsorships, prize money and your support through websites like these. Hopefully, we can provide you with a quality product that will not only help the player but also allow you to show off your support for them at events around the world!
What kind of products are we talking about?
For now, we're talking strictly about t-shirts. However, in the future we have posters in mind for sure as well as anything that you all might demand! If you have any suggestions, please feel free to reach out via the contact us form!
Who makes your shirts?
Our manufacture is a company called, Merchspin. The shirts that we are using as of right now NextLevel 4.3-oz. 100% combed ring-spun jersey cotton. NextLevel is known for snug, comfortable fit that has minimal shrinkage in the wash. However, if you are between sizes we suggest going up one size. For exact measurement chart, please go HERE.
Why do you guys not ship to my country?
We will ship anywhere! It might cost you a little more unfortunately, as we are a small operation. However, if your country is not listed as an available place to ship please let us know via the contact us form and we will get it fixed right away!
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we are a very small website who is sending out shirts directly from our location and we do not use a fulfillment service. So, at this time we do not accept any returns on purchase. However, if you have a major problem/defect or anything of that sort please contact us via the contact us form and we will try to satisfy you the best way possible. We do not want an unhappy fan!
How long should it take to get my product?
We will try our best to ship within 2-4 days of your order being placed. If for some reason we run into an issue with stock, we will email you and notify you otherwise and ask if you would like a refund while we await new stock. As of right now, we offer only 1 shipping method as we are trying to work out what is the best "bang for your buck" shipping method. We are going to start out USPS 1st Class Mail which normally should take no longer than 5 days domestically. For international packages, we will be using USPS 1st Class International. The shipping time varies completely on country, customs requirements, etc. However, generally 7-14 days maximum after processing time.
